Sequoia National Park Bed and Breakfast Lodging

Reservation Information

$145 per night for 2 people, $10 for each additional person
$125 per night for 2 people for stays of 5 nights or more
(the cottage has 2 beds, a queen bed and a fold down futon couch, and essentially sleeps four people; it can accomodate 2 adults and 3 small children.)

Two night minimum stay, three night minimum on holiday weekends,
four night minimum at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
No one night reservations are accepted.

*Last Minute Availability: The last two weekends in April are open, as well as some week days. First two weekends in May are open, but we are booked for Memorial Day, The only days left open for June are 12-13-14. July has scattered dates still open. August is oepn from 1-9 and 22-31. Labor Day weekend is open.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read carefully so you will be fully informed.
Half of your total reservation is required for a deposit on VISA or MasterCard. The second half will be charged to your credit seven days in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel seven days in advance, then your deposit will be applied as a credit for another reservation time which must be used within six months. Only one rescheduling is allowed per deposit hold. No refund will apply if you cancel less than seven days in advance.

A detailed map will be sent with your reservation confirmation. The Cottage is located one mile off Highway 198 on 2 acres at 44141 Skyline Drive in Salt Creek Canyon. Online maps do not work well to find this cottage, you really need my directions.
link to Mapquest, map shows that Skyline continues past my house, which it does not. I am at the end of Skyline Drive, the road that shows it continuing is the fire road that goes up to Case Mountain in the BLM land. It is not open to vehicle traffic.

Check in is any time after 4pm; please do not come earlier. Check out is 12 noon. Smoking is discouraged and permitted on outside deck only.
No pets are accepted.

Please make sure you put " Cort Cottage availability" or "Cort Cottage reservations" in the subject line if you try to email. I check email only once a day in the early morning, so if you need a quicker reply from me regarding availability it is best to call. It appears that some emails do not get to me. I answer ALL emails, so if you do not get an answer, call me or try again, it might be getting filtered out.

(It seems that more people are using cell phones to leave a message, and sometimes I cannot hear the entire message because of broken signals or dropped calls. If you are going to use a cell phone to call me and you get my message machine, please follow up with an email. You may not be getting calls back from me because I cannot decipher your message or know your number to call you back. Some messages are entirely blank lately.)
