Elsah practices both craniosacral therapy and feng shui consulting. She
describes these practices as two sides of the same coin. Craniosacral
therapy works with the inner aspects and feng shui with the outer aspects
of our being and lives. The 12th century poet, Rumi, tells us to work
as much in the invisible world as you do in the visible. Both craniosacral
therapy and feng shui interface with the invisible world and can offer
profound manifestations in the visible world.
Elsah is also an education provider for the California Board of Registered
Nursing. She offers nursing burnout retreats, based on mind-body-spirit concepts and hands-on
techniques found in craniosacral therapy and other integrative medicine
principles and practices. The workshops are designed for nurses but are
also open to anyone with job burnout. Continuing nursing education hours are available
to licensed RN's and LVN's in California.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Work session
for ninety minutes--$85
The cranial session is like a relaxing massage from the inside out, using
light touch and sensitive focus on cranial wave movement and deep stillpoints.
It is not limited to working with the cranial bones, but rather the whole
body, including the sacrum, heart, and limbs, as directed by the cranial
wave itself. This work transcends the physical layers into the depth and
wisdom of emotion and spirit, expanding consciousness, promoting relaxation,
and inviting health. Please wear comfortable clothing and no perfume or
cologne.
Feng Shui Consultations--$300 ($500 with site
visit*)
Consultations are best made with a personal visit to the space/site, which
is often not feasible for Cort Cottage Bed and Breakfast guests. However,
you can bring photos and floor plan layouts (best to draw floor plans
yourself and not use architectural drawings or blueprints) of your home
or office and receive a two-hour person-to-person feng shui consultation.
See fengshuifun.com for how to schedule an introductory workshop in your own home. *All site
visits and home workshops are for local areas only, with special considerations
and additional cost for other areas in California.
